Chocolate Fudge Muesli Bars
In this awesome guest post from the Two Hatties, we share a fab chocolatey hit that's perfect for beating the cocoa-cravings. AND it's super duper easy.
Clio made these for a #mumhacksnacks pop up at Frame Shoreditch and they went down a storm! She substituted raw cacao powder for cocoa.
The Two Hatties' Fudge Muesli Bars
100g coconut oil
3tbsp maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients barring muesli into a pan over a very low heat. Mix till melted into a smooth liquid. Turn off the heat and mix in the muesli. Then pour into a shallow tin and stick in the fridge for an hour till set. Cut into bars and keep in Tupperware in the fridge.
