let's talk about postnatal sex

  • Postnatal Sex and Pelvic Floor Health Workshop
  • Frame Shoreditch
  • 3rd May 2017

The most vital of all things, sex, can sometimes be forgotten post-baby.  It might be great, but if it's not, it can really impact your relationship and your happiness. Join a host of experts at Frame Shoreditch including our own Resident Specialists to learn how you can improve your bedroom time - after all, we don't want it to be just the baby keeping you up at night.

Mumboss Work Drinks

Do you work on your own?  Entrepreneur, micro-business, mumming the s*** out of work, we hear you.  &Breathe's founder, Clio Wood, hosts occasional Work Drinks for all you mums (and not-mums) who work for yourselves and sometimes need a sounding board for advice, complaints, and idea generation; and most importantly, to celebrate the wins with wine.  #sisterhood.

Hello Herts Mama meet-ups

  • Cool Mums' Meet Ups
  • Hertfordshire
  • TBC

Herts and the Home Counties are great for young families and there's no shortage of things to do for babies and young children, but what about activities and meet-ups for YOU, mamas and papas?  We've all been to soft play and the local church playgroup, but it would be nice to do something that you like for once, wouldn't it?  We're launching meet-ups and events for parents in Herts (cos that's where we live), bringing the cool mum vibe from London (where we used to live) because there's more to life than a soggy biscuit and cup of squash.  Events will be super baby- and child-friendly but not baby- and child-focused and will include daytime meet-ups (yoga/fitness, wellbeing, career advice, mindfulness, foodie themes, talks, special guests and more) and evening events for both mums and dads to make new friends.

Make time for you. #selfcarerules
