I know how overwhelming it can be to be suffering and not know what the issue is, nor, even worse, how to fix it.

In my own postnatal and motherhood journey, I’ve sought help from and been treated by doctors, gynaecologists, psychologists and counsellors, women’s health physios and other body workers, nutritionists, coaches and more.

In building &Breathe, I’ve widened my network and knowledge in all these areas. Which means that the chances are if you’ve got a problem, I’ve been there. Or know someone who has. And more importantly, I know how to get you help.

So how can I help you solve your mental and physical wellbeing issues?

  • painful sex and sex in motherhood

About me

I created &Breathe after the birth of her daughter, Delphi, in 2014. I found a surprising lack of support for postnatal parents and a swathe of misinformation about postnatal fitness and rehabilitation. She suffered a traumatic birth, postnatal depression, PTSD, breastfeeding issues and pelvic floor and postnatal sex problems.

So, now I’m on a mission to change this! Starting with &Breathe’s retreats, events and content and also as a passionate advocate for women’s health issues. I speak and write on self-care, postnatal sex and relationships, postnatal fitness and rehabilitation and pelvic floor health. I also know a hell of a lot of experts, so I’ll put you very much on the road to recovery.
