Bespoke retreats are run upon request, either exclusive use for just you and your family or share the cost by bringing some friends. Multiple families options must book together.
Bespoke retreats are tailored to your group size, but for example includes:
two PT sessions/classes per day per adults;
rest day with suggested excursions on Wednesday;
pre exercise consultation and postural analysic;
2-3 x optional run club;
3 x massage per adult;
daily one to one mindfulness sessions;
3 x cooking demonstrations and nutritional talk;
exclusive use of nanny for the week (max 6 hours per day);
maternity nurse (additional cost, bookable in advance);
chef-cooked food and drink (alcoholic and soft);
accommodation and use of all estate facilities;
