Clio Wood - Women’s Health Advocate and Author

Clio Wood is a women’s health and sexual wellbeing advocate, author, journalist and Founder of &Breathe. She created &Breathe, an award-winning wellbeing retreat company, after she experienced the traumatic birth of her first daughter and subsequent postnatal depression, PTSD, and pelvic floor issues which led to painful sex and relationship problems. Through her own experience and the creation of &Breathe she became deeply knowledgeable on postnatal, maternal and menopause health and sexual wellbeing and began to champion these areas through her writing, speaking and ultimately her first book, Get Your Mojo Back, Sex, Pleasure and Intimacy After Birth (Watkins, 2023).

Clio is married to Bryn and they live with their two daughters in London. She has also lived in Paris, Singapore, and on a canal boat. Clio has a degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University, speaks fluent French, and Spanish that should be better.

She has been featured in or written for The Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Grazia, HuffPost and iNews amongst many others.

“Get Your Mojo Back” workshop with Clio was fantastic! It was informative and eye opening on so many levels. As Clio says “knowledge is power” and I feel so much more equipped after this workshop to not only help my new mums I work with, but also for myself when my time comes.
