Christmas Sparkles!

Baby sick, poo-ey nappies and Ella’s puree. The magic combo of new parenthood, which often means you just don’t feel like dressing up for Christmas the way you used to, whether you’ve got bodily fluids and baby food all over your clothes or not. Fear not, there are sparkly ways to be a low effort star this Christmas!

I’m a massive leggings fan, and my very simple festive answer is a glittery pair. They’re quick and easy but add some glamour: low-effort and festive, which is just my kind of fashion. You can pair with a t.shirt and plimmies for hipster cool or a smarter top to dress it up a bit more. The best thing is that you can run around after a toddler, crawl around for playtime and generally continue to pander to little demands in these babies, you can’t say the same for a Christmas dress.

Your glitter fix doesn’t have to come from leggings though, check out these festive but practical choices. Who said pretty parenting was impractical? Wear any of them with your usual jeans or black leggings and white or black t.shirt or strappy top, and let the glitter be the focus.
